Agree to a price with vendors and enter into the template, then enter your job cost from estimate. You now know your financial condition for that vendor. As you pay the vendor, the system maintains control of sub change orders and invoicing. Cut down significantly on confusion and pass it over to the accountant or staff to cut checks. Very simple and straight forward. This template has a built-in job cost and filing system.

Statement & Pay Schedule
